How it works - Stagebands

Register

You register either as an individual, a venue or a festival by filling in your details in the registration form and by selecting a music genre and an approximate budget so as Stagebands can show you the most relevant bands.

Search for band

You see bands that are close to the budget you have chosen, according to the search filters.

The band's price is hidden but you see some indicators so that you can know whether the cost is below your budget, close to your budget, slightly more expensive than your budget or out of budget.

The final cost includes transportation costs, accommodation costs and sound coverage provided that you select it in the search filters.

Band profile

While browsing, you can open the profile of any band that catches your interest. In that profile you will find promo videos and other information related to the gig.

Contact with band

When you think you have found the right band for you, you can contact them directly with either a price question or your proposal and soon a member of the band (or their manager) will answer you as soon as possible.

Book the band

If the band is available and after contacting the band you close the deal, then the event is booked. You don't need to do nothing more.

Pay to the band

After the completion of the event you pay the agreed amount to the band directly, either by cash or by the payment method you have already agreed upon.
